Protecting your privacy is really important to us. How do we collect and use information?

What Information Do We Share With Third Parties?

Information Shared with Our Advertising Partners. We may engage third party advertising partners to serve advertising on and through the Services. These third-party advertising partners may (i) receive or gather information about your online browsing activity and use this information to serve targeted advertising to you, and (ii) use mobile device identifiers from your mobile device to collect information about you and your browsing activities, and may use any of the foregoing information to provide measurement services and targeted ads. When using a mobile application you may receive tailored in-application advertisements. Depending on your device, you may be able to reset your mobile device's advertising identifier at any time by accessing the privacy settings on your mobile device. In addition, operating systems for mobile devices typically provide instructions on how to prevent the delivery of tailored in-application advertisements. For example, we use Google Analytics, in addition to our own analytics technology, and other third-party analytics packages to collect, monitor and analyze the information we collect in order to increase Big Engage's functionality and user-friendliness, to better tailor the Services to our users’ needs, and to understand and analyze how you are using our Services. We also share your information with Google as necessary to receive the Google Analytics service. As a result, if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy or if we are acquired as a result of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your PII may be disclosed or transferred to the third-party acquirer in connection with the transaction.
Information Disclosed for Our Protection and the Protection of Others. We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. Modifying Your Information
If you want us to delete your PII, please contact us at bigengagemarketing@gmail.com with your request. We’ll take steps to delete your information as soon as is practicable, but some information may remain in archived/backup copies for our records or as otherwise required by law.
International Transfer
Your PII may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your PII to us, we may transfer your PII to the United States and process it there.

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect PII from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected PII of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
